Ivann LLC has been producing unique impressions using action abstract expressionist paintings since 1990. Additionally, has ventured into music, poetry, short stories, animation, and film. Hundreds of art pieces have been provided by Ivann LLC since its beginning in Lakeway (Austin) Texas as Ivan’s Gallery & Studio. The paintings can be found primarily across the United States. However, many paintings and art are undocumented, and locations are unknown.
Born in Bogota, and growing up in Mexico City & Monterrey, Ivann LLC was the local artist at his schools. However, athletics, rock percussion, and researching the Vietnam War became significant influences in his early life. While he excelled in several sports, he gravitated towards American Football coached by the late Coach Barry Copenhaver and later winningest Monterrey Tec HOF Football Coach Frank Gonzalez. Recruited by the AHS Bears high school football program, he earned MVP honors his high school senior year starting both sides of the ball as offensive guard and defensive nose guard under the late Coach Al Everest. Everest later was a career NFL Special Teams Coach with the Cardinals, Saints, 49ers, and Steelers. In his college years he Enlisted in the Marine Corps Infantry in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and earned a Commission after graduating from York College of Pennsylvania with a BS in Marketing and lettered as a soccer goalkeeper player coach. After his Honorable Discharge, his core business experience has been in the international business community having traveled extensively throughout the Americas, and Europe. In 2004 he earned an MBA in International Business at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. The Miami Herbert Business School exhibits (5) Hurricane Football National Championship paintings produced in 2003.
Ivann LLC owns four Copyrights. ‘Mr. Bogey’ (1992), a retired rocket scientist attempting to figure out the game of golf; ‘Opto Performance’ (2007) year 2053 injury free Professional Football, documents the game between the St. Louis Blues and the Cincinnati Reds in a sports industry realignment; ‘The Hearts from Loveland’ a seven-year-old girl envisions the virtues of American Football with her team and imagination; and ‘ The Millennium Priest. ‘ (2019) who is committed to keep balance in our world. He is recipient of a National Football League (NFL) 33 paintings permission to be produced at a later date: one painting for each team and one of the NFL.
In 2018, Ivann LLC entered its most productive and interesting artistic phase producing record pieces, while evolving into new abstract breakthroughs, testing acrylic thermal properties and digital versatility. The goal continues to be matching the commissioned ethos while continuing to distort the abstract expression, resulting in projecting the core spirituality and energy of the subject matter. This is the heart of Ivann LLC’s art expression, which can be applied to other art methods. With his contracting experience, Ivann LLC can develop budgets and new art business models to complete large projects. From sculptures, metal works, to conceptual art, it is all economic scalable relative to investment. In the same year Ivann LLC published a full-page advertisement in frieze magazine issue 198, partnered with Florida State University Athletics celebrating Mike Martin’s FSU Baseball record-breaking year, and delivered the painting ‘Seminole‘ to Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee Florida.
In 2021, Ivan delivered over 30 pieces of art surpassing his production in previous years. Paintings can be produced and shipped worldwide. Ivann LLC welcomes creative consultant and Think Tank scopes of work in any market. Ivan has +30 years experience in the thermal dynamics and climate control industry. Primarily in ammonia industrial refrigeration. He developed the first to market ammonia refrigeration liquid submicronic filtration system, visited multiple National Hockey League (NHL) arenas, as well as minor league clubs, colleges, high schools, private & community ice rinks. Also has travelled to visit many ammonia refrigeration food and beverage end users with global footprints in the Americas and Europe. Ivan operates Harley Refrigeration LLC, a consulting firm supporting the Parker Ammonia Filtration System submicronic liquid ammonia filter development & providing support for emerging, launching, and established industrial refrigeration technologies. On July 28th, 2020 Ivann LLC delivered the 5 x 18 ft painting ‘Globalization – Echte Welt 2020’ to York College of Pennsylvania, Grantley Hall. The York College painting adds to the list of successful art provided to corporations, colleges, and universities. On April 23rd Ivan was honored to be included with the 1981 UTA College Football Team induction into the University of Texas at Arlington’s Hall of Honor. He resumed his fitness and energy quest at Riptide CrossFit www.riptidecrossfit.com having relocated to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed the CrossFit Open 2024 workouts 24.1, 24.2, and 24.3 February 29 thru March 18 representing affiliate Riptide CrossFit, ranked 2,449 Worldwide: and Affiliate 1st (Men 60-64).

Abstract art plays a large role in creating sustainability awareness in our personal and professional lives. Our goal should be to develop awareness for our next generation to enhance sustainability best practices more in depth. Becoming part of our daily routine, to be mindful that every drop of water and light bulb-on counts. It is a fact when we love nature, nature loves us back. Our solar system and universe rotates’ in perfect silence. With the challenges of our world, it is our way of life that threatens our sustainability, not nature or the cosmos. It is up to us to pass the torch of wisdom to the next generation to become believers and leapfrog sustainability best practices. Everyone and everything counts. Today we can implement K-12 programs that measure the impact drops of water can make in 24 hours. Filling up a container several times a day. Our dogs bowl, drinking coffee, hydrating, and watering the plants. With our technological advances, we can integrate into our smart watches and phones our home GPM or Kw usage. Our city, county, state, and nation can have available data to track goals as a community. If we have goals as a community, we can make a difference. The proposed University of Miami art collection ‘Sustainability‘, with the innovative ‘art functionality feature‘ taps into the sustainable energy with rotating art pieces in unison with our universe. If we tap into the profound energy and vastness of our universe and forgo our human centric world, mankind will prevail. We are part of the universe and it’s up to us to embrace it.
